Foundational Courses
Grounded in the Huawushi family therapy model, this course highlights the importance of authentic self-awareness within interpersonal relationships. When individuals are able to connect with their true selves, they can cultivate more genuine interactions, enhancing both their personal and professional effectiveness. By practicing these skills in everyday life, participants will improve communication, self-awareness, and the ability to navigate evolving relationships with confidence.
Through active participation, students will develop a clear understanding of the 「Person–Self–Context」model, strengthening their ability to build consistent and meaningful connections with others.
Learning Objectives
- Enhance participants’ ability to be aware of themselves and integrate the 「Person—Self—Context」 observation into their inner system.
- Promote awareness of communication posture, inner self-esteem, risk-taking, and rules when connecting with others.
- Help participants practice self-awareness and expression to enhance consistent communication abilities.
- Foster collaboration by using consistent communication to clarify and connect with others.

- The course structure focuses on 「Experiential Learning」. Through hands-on activities, participants will understand the concept of contact and engage in group exercises to shift the focus from the outside world to their inner selves. Please wear comfortable clothing for this course.
