Foundational Courses
This course is led by Senior Psychologist Huang YaLing and Psychologist Shi LiRu, who have both followed Professor Wu JiuJun for over ten years. They will share their learning journeys, offering participants a glimpse into the process of becoming a family therapist. In the Tree Planting Workshop, they will gradually guide participants from seeing individual problems to seeing the whole family system, developing their ability to engage and understand people, and helping participants develop two key aspects of themselves:
「Professional Self」, Practice how to view families, collect information to form an assessment framework, create a therapeutic map, and engage with families to initiate individual or family sessions.
「Personal Self」, Whether in a professional or daily life setting, conversations often happen between roles rather than human beings. Through course exercises, participants will engage with themselves, learn how to utilize their own resources in working with others, and even create their own framework, becoming their own tree.
